Georgie is a Reiki/Karuna Reiki Master and teacher and is highly skilled in the use of the Tibetan Healing Bowls to enhance the meditative state. He is a Rising Star practitioner/teacher and serves an ever-growing clientele as a Vastu/Feng Shui Consultant. His faithful following often express their gratitude at his weekly Meditation Class. is licensed by the State of New York as a massage therapist and holds a post-graduate certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Massage. She has been certified as a Yoga instructor and Holistic Health Counselor since 2002. Nicole is committed to generating health, awareness and maintenance of one’s body through client-centered bodywork. She blends intuition, energy, knowledge and the profound ability to work holistically with each individuals needs. Nicole uses a 'tool box' filled with Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Visualization, Reiki and other energetics in her practice. PAULA TURSI, MS, MEd,LYT
is the Founder and Director of Reflections Yoga and the Reflections Yoga Teacher Training Program. She has been working with alternative healing practices in New York City and internationally for over fifteen years. She began her training at Integral Yoga, where she studied Hatha and restorative Yoga. She went on to work with renowned teachers such as John Friend, Rodney Yee and Angela Farmer. She has also worked extensively with Leslie Kaminoff and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, in the art of yoga, breath work, anatomy, and movement awareness practices. She is certified at the 500 hour level with the Yoga Alliance and is an affiliated Anusara teacher. Most of her current studies are in Body Mind Center with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
She holds a Masters degree in Psychology from Columbia University and a Masters degree in Education from Hunter College. She did her clinical post-graduate training at the Milton H. Erickson Society for Psychotherapy and Hypnosis.

is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Hellerwork Practitioner specializing in the art and science of Structural Integration. He is passionate in helping his clients return their bodies to a place of optimal health and alignment where they can experience the joy of having a more balanced body − a body that is more fluid, free and flexible. David was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He is a graduate of Harvard University. After a successful career as a software design engineer his fascination with the human form and optimal health brought him to the field of bodywork. David draws on his background as an engineer, college athlete and avid runner to help his clients achieve long lasting change in their bodies and their lives.
