How does your own practice influence your daily life?   My practice is my salvation- it keeps me feeling sane and connected to life. It puts me back together and helps remind me that we are all connected and more the same than not. When I feel myself getting edgy, impatient, or frustrated, I remind myself to breathe, just like I do on my mat when something is challenging. It also reminds me to pause and see what is working and to act from there.

Favorite asana?
Utthita Trikonasana and arm balances galore :-)

Who is a teacher who inspires you?    Yoga: Judith Lasater
Acting: Karen Kohlhaas
Life: My dad Rocco and my dog Jasper - both have passed away and both showed me how to live life fully, fight fiercely and pass with grace, dignity and love.

A great yoga class makes you feel...  wrung out, open-hearted, full of ease, like I've let out the hugest sigh.
