Arousal & Presence, One Day Workshop

In this day-long workshop we will explore both the physical facets of arousal as well as the spiritual opportunities in bringing greater awareness into our sexual energy.

Some of the topics covered will be:
Bringing Presence into Arousal
Arousal Techniques (Presented in lecture form only.)
Exploring our ego structures around sex
The man-woman/yin-yang/shakti-shiva polarities within and between us
Control & Surrender
Exploring Our Sexual Archetypes
The Light & Shadow of our sexuality

Please Note:  There will be no nudity or sexual contact in this course.  The course consists mostly of lecture and some solo exercises and journaling.  Please bring a journal.
